Hi, I’m Amanda Neve,
the owner and heart
behind Valora Construction!
My journey started back in 2020, flipping homes in Knoxville, Tennessee. With a background in interior design, I quickly fell in love with the process of turning ordinary spaces into something truly special. What began as a creative passion soon grew into a deep appreciation for construction, quality craftsmanship, and the details that make a house feel like home.
After moving to Tampa, Florida, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. That's how Valora Construction came to life — a local, family-owned company built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to creating beautiful homes.
To me, luxury isn't just about beautiful finishes or expensive materials. It's about thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and making sure every detail feels just right.
Whether we're transforming a kitchen, remodeling a bathroom, or renovating an entire home, I want every client to feel confident, heard, and genuinely excited about the process.
As a family-owned business, we take every project personally. Your home matters to us, and so does the trust you place in our hands.
Thank you for considering Valora Construction. I can't wait to help bring your vision to life!

Why homeowners choose Valora
01
You are heard
The renovation should feel clear while it is happening, not only impressive when it is over. We explain the plan, the materials, and what comes next.
02
Kitchens, first
Kitchen remodeling is the work Tampa Bay homeowners call us for most. Bathrooms and whole-home renovations are held to that same standard.
03
One team, start to finish
Design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and the last details. You do not manage the handoffs.
04
Communication you can follow
You should know what is being built and when the next step happens. Surprises belong in the design, not in the schedule.
05
Licensed, and local
Florida contractor license CBC1270738. Based in Tampa. We work within about 45 miles.

Our promise
